Following an unusually active early Autumn thunderstorm over the
San Francisco Bay area, fog rolls over the foothills west of the
observatory, and gathers over San Jose and the South Bay. The
next picture, taken a few minutes later,
shows the advancing fog.
The arc of light at bottom center is a a car descending Mount Hamilton Road towards the city. |
